Mma Training Equipment

Apprentice Teacher.

(infravaloréis No new students, do not make them feel invisible among others, do not be ignorant.) .

I suffered in my own flesh. When I first gym to learn tai chi, I'll remember always, the teacher greeted me, introduced me to the group and continued to give the class as if nothing had happened. That is, the group disappeared, as if, suddenly, I had become invisible. Of course, lost as it was, I just do what I saw others doing. Then time to practice the forms (movement sequences), the teacher assigned me a partner, with a higher level than me obviously to try to correct me and show me the first steps. The teacher seemed to be devoted to students-as more advanced, more experienced, more aware. This was repeated every day, day after day.

Now if I analyze it over the years and with the experience I have as a teacher, I see that this is not the most desirable from an educational point of view. I, of course, neither do nor would do so. Because if anyone needs the help of others this is the first-time apprentice. Those who know most need less help, they can be more independent because of their higher experience, but the rookies (and we've all been at some point in our lives) we need the expert hands of the teacher to guide and direct, especially at the beginning of this long journey that is learning tai chi.

rid of the error is a freshman student by assigning a helper class improvisational thinking that just because you know more than the nerd on call, is qualified to teach. Teaching someone required to have, at least, some level of skill and some experience teaching. Also, being strict, the work of teaching is the instructor for that you get paid, the students are to receive education teacher, not impart it to anyone.

So, dear teachers, instructors, if what you want is to engage those attending for the first time to your classes, if you will not lose, then Treat them as they deserve, even spoil you, to see that you are there to help. They need to feel safe in this new and exciting way that is learning tai chi chuan. Infravaloréis No new students, do not make them feel invisible among others, do not be ignorant. Do not limitéis to shake hands to greet you, give it to him also know that not going to leave him alone, he can count all your help and support.

A hug to everyone-as.

How Long Does It Take To Get License Renewed

challenges

Araque Achilles met each day a particular challenge when riding her bike, get to the site commissioned in record time. As an athlete you want to improve your brand with every day to get a victory, the lively young staff was down time in a crazy race against traffic, holes or uneven pavement, the sun or rain and any obstacles to be put forward. No traffic that respect, the transit tax was evaded with no remorse for such behavior as crown boasted that he had not a single ballot because of some of these violations. Live Creole himself does not respect the laws and is thus enjoys.
So you heard about
"Today I made a trip from end to end, Petare to Caricuao and I only took 10 minutes. Or this other

"I ate 15 seguiditos lights. I counted one by one and not a choquecito. Achilles
exploits earned him the nickname of proud Flecha Veloz.
must be said that the company where he had worked all the pride of Flecha Veloz to go as fast as possible to a site, they solve the problems of emergency deliveries.
confess that I myself took advantage of this weakness of Achilles Araque flirting with suicide, to play Superman but no change of clothes and a motorcycle.
One day must inevitably provide some documents as part of a judicial evidence. It was 10and 30 AM the day appointed for the ceremony, I was in my office located in Buena Vista (Petare) and still blessed papers had not come to hand and even worse were the farthest thing from the Junquito. I was sure that it was impossible Flecha Veloz out to look and I take them to the office, in turn, I take them to the courts located very close to La Casona, before 11 AM.
I was wrong. That was a challenge he could not escape. Accept it, squeeze the time, drinking Goblet of danger until the last drop, feel the thrill of chasing between buses, aggressive motorists, prosecutors circumvent motor that could give chase, all that was what gave him the taste of her life (in addition to the succulent gratification promised .)

never knew how he did it, but that day Flecha Veloz wings should have put his powerful 380cc Suzuki Katana and adorned as were their handlebars with tassels of colors, chrome exhaust, special wheels and endless parakeets more insurance became a rare Avis which parrot flew on a windy day.
The last time I saw him was when he was withdrawing your check for the liquidation of the company. He had been fired because in a mad race for the Cota Mil dropped the case where all the bills receivable. In traffic and the rain that fell, unable to retrieve any and debtors happy and thanks.
Yesterday I met him after more than fifteen years without knowing of his life. He sat behind a desk. At the moment did not recognize it was him who did it and called me. I approached him and saw he was working in the sealing of a lot of returns. Each of the leaves should be put as five brands with the pompous name of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the lengthy Ministry of People's Power, etc, etc. The speed with which the stamp, the skill with which he dipped in ink and returned mattress to put the seal on the leaves, causing me laugh. I told him mockingly

- Are you breaking another record with the returns sealed?
Before he reached to answer me what I observed. Lucia
battered by life. The dandy mustache of 40, which previously had became a large and populous that covered his entire upper lip. A visible scar on the right side of the face made me believe that at some point had lost some of its challenges and also won more than 20 kg
Very seriously I said,
"Yeah. At this time I've been sealed 150 returns, 20 more than yesterday at the same time. That's all I have left to do, because look, and broke a little desk and I have no legs to get on the bike. Now I'm just Seal Fast.

Milena Velba Changing Bra

From the Concrete to the Abstract. Nothing

(To draw a tree, you must first have seen before)

The purpose of this post is to avoid as far as possible that makes a mistake in the teaching of tai chi on the part of teachers or instructors in teaching the martial art for beginners disciples.

is common, normal, but nothing desirable, as the person reaches beginner and after performing a warm up exercises and some work with the energy (chi kung) is introduced into learning forms (taolu) made to shorten the entire sequence of movements in shorter sequences, movement by movement, and repeat until you get to learn. So far everything looks good, but .... is an error. Why?

The reasons are as follows:
  • That kind of move is far from the movements that usually comes by in everyday life.
  • This lack of familiarity will turn into little coordination in executing motor sequences in the absence of guidance, unorthodox positions or appropriate, etc. Total

it is normal to be student-plate and not be wrong al elegir practicar tai chi porque aquello le resulta bastante complicado.

Then I explain.

This principle is to teach the movements from its actual implementation as a technique of defense or attack an opponent, to see clearly and easily understand the movement of the form (taolu) and then try to run without the presence the enemy on their own and the best way possible. So you do the first real application (specific phase) and later his solo performance (abstract phase).

Proceeding in this way, and following the previous example to draw the tree, a first-time cartoonist has drawn a number of times the tree with the present model is now ready to draw pulling imagination, picturing in his mind and no need to take into the model. Returning to tai chi, get the learner to see, understand and imagine that the movement to make it and does more to make life difficult and may well, by the way, we avoid even that may come to wonder if you made a mistake or not sign up for tai chi classes.

Greetings to all-as.

Side Effects Of Too Much Anbesol

damn. Driving

("Tai Chi" by Support) .

is said that "if you end up with the bad habits, they kill you. " For this reason, the habits are a treasure we should not lose ever. Practice any sport or physical activity moderate and systematic wood is one of those good habits.

regularly practice tai chi is recommended. I practice almost daily. In my bad moments I served as a refuge and escape and oblivion. I know I'm doing well and therefore there is no reason to justify its abandonment. In autumn, with the fall of the leaf and the general worsening of the time (in the northern hemisphere, at least), is also easy to fall into despair and depression. There are fewer daylight hours, there are more gray days, cold summer relegated to a memory and more or less distant, and that bill eventually spend mental and emotional level.

Staying faithful to the practice of an activity (such as tai chi) year after year, helps us to think that some things never change and keep some of us beyond unchanging over time. True, we get older, what remains of which were old? Being faithful to the practice of tai chi (or any other healthy habits) to develop in us the idea of \u200b\u200bpermanence, there are some things that never change.

Life hurts sometimes gives clubs we know fit to proceed. So my friend-to-a need something that will help alleviate that pain, to free you from your grief. It works for me out to the park to get some fresh air and enjoy the scenery while practicing tai chi. It gives me stability, peace, balance and evidence me something important: not everything goes wrong.

So I get on with my tai chi while waiting for better winds and will always remember something I once heard from Sanchez Drago in "Black on White" (TV show): I'm in my home I have a banner says in large letters: "Nothing matters at all."

A hug to everyone and good practice-as-as friends.

Can U Check A Bong On A Airplane?

Ball Exercise for the Body. Exercise

Today I present a comprehensive exercise. It can be used to warm up in the sessions of tai chi or after heating in the central part of the session.
is very últil
serves to: Mobilize
  • absolutely all the joints of the body: neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, waist, knees, ankles ... detumescence the body, undoing knots and stimulating an increase in body temperature.
  • Learning to mobilize the different body segments in a coordinated manner through the implementation of "wave motions."

There are two possibilities when you perform this exercise:
  • 1.) With a rubber ball and the help of a fellow-a.
  • 2.) Without the ball and without the intervention of others.

1.) With a rubber ball and the help of a fellow-a.
  • Material: A rubber ball ordinary. Two people : One is limited to holding the ball with his hands glued to the body of a comrade. The other is to roll the ball to different parts of your body. on small drives and demonstrations, at any time without using their hands.
  • execution speed: slow but continuous, without breaks.
  • movements Type: wave, ie those where the different body segments they move sequentially, eg shoulder, arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, hands and finally fingers.

The possibilities are many when rolling the ball through the body:
  • around the neck, in one way or another.
  • From the neck to the top of the head and back, the back of the neck or the left and right side of the head.
  • Shoulder to the hands and fingers on his shoulder, rolling the ball always in the top of the upper limbs.
  • From the top of the shoulder to the bottom and vice versa.
  • Ditto for the front of the trunk, from the chest to the abdomen and chest. About
  • hip in one direction and another.
  • From the hip to one of the legs, passing the ball through the thigh, knee, the anterior part of the leg to the foot, but also from the bottom up, until you get back to the hip.

The estimated time for this activity depends on the purpose:
  • If you claim it is heating, with 5-6 minutes will suffice.
  • If you claim is to promote coordination between different body segments will need more time, between 10 and 15 minutes.

2.) Without the ball and without the intervention of others.
Time passed, and already having some experience in implementing last year, we try to do the exercise without the ball and without the help of a fellow-a. Basically, the exercise is done the same. Imagine that we have the ball close to the body and tried to get rolling on different parts based on wave and slow movements.

Truly I recommend this exercise. It is without doubt one of my favorites. A hug to all of you

Energy Exchange Man-Tree. Free Style Tai Chi

O-sensei Morihei Ueshiba (founder of Aikido) .

For those who practice tai chi in nature, taking advantage of the abundance of trees in the vicinity, today we offer a very special year. is a basic exercise for developing sensitivity and energy exchange between self and other living things (in this case, a tree).

ideal environment to implement this activity is the forest, a wooded and little frequented by pedestrians.

The total duration of the activity should increase in progression:
  • The first sessions with 5 minutes is sufficient.
  • then after a few weeks, we gradually increase the time by 5 minutes a month.
  • With 15 minutes of practice is more than enough. No more is needed.

tree, the more lush, the better. In order to be, that is thick trunk and broad leaves. The thicker the tree, the better. Discard the tree trunk and fine needle-shaped leaf.

undoubtedly the best time year, from experience, is spring. The worst winter.

activity and its variants : Stand in front of the tree at a distance of one meter. Feet about the width of our shoulders, knees slightly bent, back and shoulders relaxed. Your two arms stretched forward, toward the tree with your elbows slightly bent and hands with fingers spread open looking at the tree. Close your eyes and try to feel the energy the tree off.
  • As you feel the energy of the tree, is increasing the distance between you and the tree giving half step backward. When the distance is about 2-3 m away will not need more. Will suffice.
  • can try to do the same, but with one hand. About
  • and slowly your hands away from the trunk, feeling the energy of the tree literally push your hands closer to it. Try
  • do the same by varying the height. Do it with your hands above your head and oriented toward the top of the tree; guides your hands into the soil toward the roots, another option is to direct them to the tree to the height of your shoulders or chest ..
  • Walk around the tree with hands directed towards him. Rotates in clockwise, from right to left. You have to walk slowly, slowly, slowly, feeling all the time what happens when you move around it.

These exercises, further improve our sensitivity to energy exchange with the tree, contribute greatly to making us more sensitive to nature generally, to love and respect, to feel what it is: a Intricate "life" of which we are part active.

A big hug to all of you

Blaupunkt Gta Special Mk 2

.

In this post I know the game. Many of the more or less fixed readers of this blog who practice tai chi and other occasional certainly will not share or agree with the idea that I will outline below. But let me just remind you one thing: this blog is a personal blog, written by an author, myself, where I try to explain my way of understanding and conceiving the tai chi chuan. Not at all trying to be dogmatic or lecturing, quite the contrary.

In previous posts I've been hinting my understanding of tai chi. Creativity, imagination and personal development are basic principles "My Tai Chi." However, the term "Free Style Tai Chi" I intend to refer to that style of tai chi that, based on one or several styles of tai chi, goes a step further by providing something new, from new techniques of attack-defense different from the traditional sequence of a particular style. Therefore, involves a large dose of creativity and personal development.
entry
Just before this, on the one titled: "Tai Chi Forget?, Said that after a long period of abstinence in the practice of tai chi, forget all forms or sequences of movements, but "something left." In comments to the same input used a metaphor: our kinesthetic memory works like a deciduous tree may lose its leaves in autumn, but retains the branches. And it is true, even though time passes, the body does not forget the basic moves. The essence remains.

This essence allow us, even without going to the gym, to rebuild our own way of practicing tai chi, if the base is solid enough. If practiced tai chi for a long time and then for various reasons, abandoned the practice, still remains the basic and necessary to create and develop our own style. It only requires enthusiasm, showing interest, training and creativity. I swear it works.

Perhaps, for some of you this is not justifiable and argue that to learn tai chi correctly necessary, essential, attend classes in the hand of a master. But I hold the following idea: The result of practicing "tai chi free style" may be much more rewarding to learn in a gym. Why? Because the end result fits and adjusts itself perfectly to understand way, has the personal touch and is the fruit of our own work of inquiry, creativity and spontaneity.

Therefore I encourage all those who leave the gym for some time to resume the practice of tai chi. Not worth excuses such as: Is the gym takes me away from home, I have no time to practice ... etc. If you practice tai chi in the past for at least put three or four years, then you already have enough experience to create your own tai chi. You just need to take a bit of enthusiasm and creativity. Go ahead.

A hug to you all. And now I apologize to all those who use "free style tai chi" an aberration or a worthy substitute, but this is what I think and believe.

Model 12.02 1086 Driver

Does Tai Chi Forget?

As everyone sebéis one of the main activities of tai chi, but the most caracterítica, is the realization of movement sequences. These sequences of varying lengths are called "forms" or "taolu" and is the typical image of the person practicing alone in the middle of a park or plaza. Learn a sequence of these, consisting of any number of movements takes time and requires repeat and repeat until fully assimilate.

There are physical activities like riding a bike or learning to swim that once learned are never forgotten. With tai chi, is happening as well? Once you learn the full form, can you come to forget? or, conversely, do you learn once and for all, forever?

Those of you, and you who have practiced tai chi or whatever you keep doing and, for whatever reason, you have been forced to leave for a season or so long, surely you already have the answer. Indeed, after a long period of "withdrawal", the driving sequences are just forgotten. But .... something remains.

In this "something" is and do not forget even if they spend months, even years, is what I call "the essence of tai chi." And, in my view, the most important. So much so that, over time, if a person who performed tai chi for some time, it takes up, then back up those beautiful feelings arising from their practice. Equally important is that "something" that serves as unforgettable Wall burden, from him, you rebuild all learning.

And is that "the body" has its memory. As a deciduous tree loses its leaves in autumn and Us we lose all information that we find anything relevant. More conseva tree branches, as we recall the essentials of the practice of tai chi.

A hug to everyone. Remember: "We follow the track. "

My Greyhound Has Dry Skin

"My Tai Chi" birthday.

We
birthday. The blog "My Tai Chi" birthday. More than 50,000 hits, 177 entries and best of all, you that you do your reading and commenting this blog may proceed. Without doubt, it is you who give life and meaning to "My Tai Chi." I want to thank you for being there, and feel close to and follow.

are many blogs that open and close quickly, within a few weeks, maybe a few months. I understand that, at times I thought about quitting the blog, leave when he saw that all My effort came down to not receive the necessary feedback. The comments were scarce as the flowers in the desert.

But I was lucky. I found a way to continue the blog, I was hooked to the design and modification of the template, I tried a thousand changes, transforms again and again until finally, I learned a few tricks. From time to time, published some input and, little by little, began to know what it was blogs.

During all these months I have been connected to people with interesting blogs that I became a follower and, while they mine. Has gradually built up a small community of good people, people sharing a common interest: the blogs as a means to convey their ideas, emotions, feelings and moods, people also find a speck of interest in tai chi. For all this, I get a big hug.

Many thanks to you all. Thanks for making this possible.

How To Re Do A Car Interior

knee problems associated with the practice of Tai Chi.

En base a mi experiencia y a mis conocimientos (quiero dejar claro que ni soy médico, ni fisioterapéuta, only a practitioner of tai chi for several years) I can confirm that knee injuries are among the most common diseases by practicing tai chi chuan. Why? Well, throughout this article will have occasion to find out. Keep reading.

Causes and Risk Factors .

  • Having had previous diseases before the knee torn ligaments, cartilage problems, etc. Problems
  • arthrosis, arthritis, ... largely associated with age and sedentary lifestyles. Practice
  • surface or use inappropriate footwear, too slippery, irregular, unsafe ... etc.
  • characteristic postures and movements of tai chi: constant flexing of the knees, turns, etc.
  • Poor postural technique associated with insufficient experience in the practice of tai chi chuan.
  • Overweight, obesity and bad eating habits. A heavier, higher burden of the lower extremities.

knee problems associated with the practice of Tai Chi .

  • Overloads lower limb muscle.
  • inflammation of the tendons (tendinitis), especially in patellar tendons of the knees.
  • Reactivation of Osgood Schlatter disease, inflammation of the anterior tuberosity of the patella.
  • Bursitis (inflammation of the bursa beneath the patellar tendon).
  • sprains and torn ligaments.
  • Damage to the meniscus: total or partial breaks, etc. Accelerated wear
  • bone of the knee joint: artritris and osteoarthritis.

Preventive Measures.

  • At the start, makes a good warm the whole body, but especially the lower limbs and trunk.
  • If you tend to suffer discomfort in the knee joints, then pay special attention to this area, heating it more thoroughly.
  • At the end of the session, do not forget to relax and stretch the muscles of the body, especially the lower limbs.
  • Discard footwear worn or damaged. Watch
  • the ground, trying to practice tai chi on suitable surfaces, smooth, no bumps, not too much or too little glide, etc.
  • If you notice discomfort or pain in the knees, a few days left to train, rest and take the opportunity to visit the doctor. If you continue training, it is likely that the disease be extended in time, even getting worse.
  • The use of knee, put ice or anti-inflammatory creams can be applied to partially relieve the pain, but do not solve the problem. So, watch out.
  • Listen to your body and not too much force posture. The bids too low, sharp turns and jumping could end up taking its toll repeated in the form of injury.
  • Be scrupulous
  • postural technique, trying to adopt at all times the correct posture.
  • If you count on your biography with a history of knee injuries, surgeries on them, etc, it might be advisable for money if you really worth practicing tai chi.

Remember: Your health is always first. Take all precautionary measures that are within your reach when practicing tai chi, acting with care and wisdom and, finally, if despite all the problems begin, visit the doctor without hesitation and follow all directions. No doubt any odds, they are the most knowledgeable.

receive a big hug and good practice!

How Babies Get Psoriasis

Quality Assessment of the Implementation of a Form of Tai Chi. Video.

then offer you a great video of Chen style tai chi. Tino Wong is done. See it and enjoy it. Below I will tell you 12 reasons why I think a masterful performance. Worthwhile.

Salient features of the realization of how Chen style tai chi:
  • rate changes, movements performed in slow motion followed by other much faster, explosive.
  • combination of moves to different heights, highlighting in particular the positions available, very low.
  • eyes virtually always follow the movement of hands, a sure sign of concentration on what is taking place.
  • fluid movements, continuous. Impossible to tell where one ends and the next begins is not known if this style of tai chi.
  • perfect coordination between the different parts of the body, legs, trunk, arms, hands and eyes.
  • Viewing
  • defense-attack technique applied to the opponent while running the way, step by step.
  • extension movements executed with the fair, or too short or too elongated, whilst maintaining a balanced stance at all times.
  • aftertaste in the execution of form. It is sensed that the practitioner is going really well.
  • Recreation in the aesthetic movement, making it attractive at the same time practical. It seems she was dancing in the countryside.
  • expressive hands, made subtle and varied movements. Are alive, relaxed. Support
  • stable. The feet rest gently on the ground, giving grace and striking movements.
  • The spine is the distributor shaft movements. Boosts energy to the upper body, arms and hands.

I hope you found it interesting. A hug and remember: "We follow the track."

Offbeat Comedy Movies

Tai Chi: Poetry in Motion. Forms of Tai Chi

The tai chi as meditation in motion system contributes to the practitioner an alternative way of seeing and perceiving the surrounding reality. Reached the proper state of mind can learn to see and hear not only the eyes and ears, but also throughout the body. Practicing tai chi awakens us, opens us and makes us more receptive, more sensitive. We learn to see with his hands and, therefore, the whole body. We feel more and better. connect with ourselves, but also with our outside. What went unnoticed by us, now we see clearly. "How is it possible that I had not realized before this?" We tell ourselves surprised.

dancing feet on the ground and our heart sings, the wind caress our hands and our eyes delight in anything. Driven by unseen hands we get carried away to the rhythm of silence, no more aim than to enjoy the moment. Changing direction, forward and backward, our soul is cradled and sleep, tremendous peace, peace. From the singing of the bird to the cricket Cri-Cri, through the color of the clouds and the swaying of wheat swayed by the wind, everything we perceive. It is a joyful state of being, of pure enjoyment. Blurred in the context of our soul sees us moving from one stratum from another establishment. And we continue, without stopping, slowly, the pace of the ant, slowly, slowly and calmly. If he runs, he runs the time. No rush, no clock, no time. As the breeze mounted on the back of a dry leaf on the ground.

Dare to practice tai chi, take a chance. Surely you deserve.

Bleeding 8 Days Before Period Is To Start

"Empty" and "full."

Joshua, a faithful follower of this blog and also practicing tai chi, that his teacher once said: "One way (sequence of movements) is learned in three days but it takes three years to perfect it. "

On the surface, a person may be running a form properly, but basically, no. On the surface realization of a set of movements we call "empty form." Apparently, the performer does well, but it lacks something, and that "something" it shows.

To form this "full" needs to meet certain requirements:
  • That each position is accurate, stable, balanced, full and defined, ie is not "half."
  • That the practitioner mentally visualize the martial application of each movement.
  • And how (I repeat, sequence of movements) emerge as an external manifestation of inner energy of the practitioner.

my point of view, a perfect aesthetic movement is not hard to get, just copy and correcting the positions of the various parts of the body, but is "charged" energy ... this really requires more dedication and more practice time.

The difference between a movement "empty" and a "full" is obvious. In fact, is what makes the difference between the execution of a person to a more experienced rookie. Even I speak in person, despite already having a few years of practicing tai chi, but there are days that I I propose, how hopelessly out empty.

What factors can block the execution of "full motion"?
  • Physical exhaustion, but also mental illness, stress, depression ...
  • course, take some time practicing tai chi.
  • Other aspects: from changing the usual place of practice or a training companion to train with uncomfortable clothes or shoes.

As for the benefits of practicing tai chi, is there a difference between making empty forms or forms filled? Yes, there are differences. In general, the implementation of full movements bring to the practitioner of tai chi more benefits. But let's see in more detail:
  • empty forms provide the performer: strength and muscle elasticity, increased joint mobility and improvements in body coordination ... Exactly the same benefits as practicing other mild physical activity.
  • Running bring completed forms in addition to this, something more, mainly: psycho-physical energy (and the consequent reduction in the risk of diseases, least from the Oriental medical concept based energy meridians), a greater capacity for concentration and a broader and deeper perception of the reality body's own capabilities and limitations.

And as a picture is worth a thousand words, then I offer two videos to compare and make you a better idea.

Running Form 24 Movements Tai Chi Yang Style: FULL FORM .

Running Form 24 Movements Yang Style Tai Chi: empty form.

The fundamental difference between the first video (a full) and the second (blank form) is the subtlety with which the practitioner moves the first video hands and, by extension, the arms. They are always relaxed, do not reflect any strain or tension. In contrast, in the second video we see as the practitioner does not just relax the arms or hands. It seems that it does well, the positions seem perfect, but that detail reveals that its shape is superficial, aesthetically correct, but empty.

Therefore, this tai chi, shortcuts do not work. It's all about tenacity, interest and continued practice. A big hug to all-as.

Animation Of Aspiration

My Journal of Tai Chi. Responsibility

Monday, October 26, 2009 .

Today I practiced "forms." There has been a good day. I practice traditional forms such as the Yang style 108, and then other makeshift. The incumbents have done well, but by practicing impromptu forms I realized who was somewhat limited repertoire and performing movements that are repeated enough.

want to look at various movements on the contrary I get to my ultimate goal: to let myself go, flow, drain freely and naturally movements. I thought as I moved and this was the problem. I was locked and I felt bad feelings. Finally, I stopped. It's the best I could do. Come and other days where the inspiration of the moment make me fly over the tatami.

Friday, October 23, 2009 .

  • repeats the same sort of attack or defense in different directions.
  • Application to different numbers of attackers.
  • Variations in the type of attack received ... etc.

is a meeting, without a doubt, basic and fundamental in my training schedule. I know that if it costs me, gives me many things: a better technical quality executions, more balanced body and, of course, important to better physical condition.

Today I have a quirk: I have practiced chi kung throughout an entire hour. As most will know they are exercises for awakening and balancing the energy within the body. If you're too tense, chi kung practice, relax, and conversely, if you need to recharge your batteries, with appropriate exercises chi kung salts renewed after one session.

Today, after the completion of the routine series of warm up and introduction to chi kung back to basics, I have focused on trying to escape, precisely, the usual energy exercises to be slight variations that make me feel good "vibes." These changes have ranged from executing certain exercises in the opposite direction, for example, try opening and closing over the arms, bending and flexing a little more or less the trunk and knees, or just trying to build a little momentum from waist to make a run less forceful and more relaxed. I left very satisfied with the training. It has given me good and I managed to find some variation in which I have to continue insisting in coming days.

Today I worked basic positions of the legs. Of particular interest are the small rotations when I keep a position for as long as I can, because it helps me to put up with the position without tiring quickly. It also promotes lubrication of all joints involved in the maintenance of posture, especially the knees and hips. I recommend it to everyone. To me it's going very well.

consider training on Monday as basic and essential. While learning the basic positions of the legs is the foundation of everything else. Our body is sustained by the legs and this is important. It contributes to a hardening around the lower body, preparing for, then later, put up with warranties training forms, push hands, self defense ... etc.

Today I started practicing tai chi in a place that I am not used: the school gym where I work. Usually I practice in a park near home, but care is so bad and even dangerous (the soil from slipping you'll quickly), taking to School gym near home, it seems silly not take advantage.

As I walk to work at about 9.00 am, what I did was to go before, from 7.30 to 8.30, thus providing a half hour to wash up and prepare to begin teaching.

Although I missed the place the first 20 minutes, then everything has gone smoothly. I've trained well, even better than expected. The location while not ideal, at least not drained, thus decreasing the chances of slip and injure. Another advantage of the gym is that now that is cold, at least be under roof, which should always be grateful. Ojo! I do not say that will not leave the park occasionally. I will, especially on weekends, for that which the school is closed.

Today I start a new section on this blog: "My Journal." It'll expose every day, whenever I can, what, in my opinion, I find it more significant and important training conducted that day.

Today I went to train at night. The darkness accentuates every way. The sensations from the body becoming visible. Today I felt plethoric. During training, from almost the beginning, I've been wanting. Forces have accompanied me all the time. I felt revosante. By practicing chi kung clearly how the energy was flowing through my body, back and forth. By inspiring, and filled me, as you breathe, I emptied completely. Even as back home, he was different, with more aplomb.

asked me for my body could have continued to train longer, but I ended the session in due course. Need to reserve energy for training tomorrow.

About Tai Chi Master Time to Teach Aggressive Students. Tai Chi

"If you give a lighter to a pyromaniac,
part of the responsibility of
arson is the person who has given his lighter."

There are people with serious aggressive behavior problems, very conflicting, practicing martial arts. The martial art in the hands of a madman aggressive can be a disaster. Martial arts requires the responsibility to implement it.

martial art, whatever it is, is a double-edged sword: good teaching can help to redirect and change people's violent behavior, but poorly trained, can contribute even more to promote aggressive behavior.

One thing is to learn a martial art to learn to defend themselves and quite another to learn to go strutting around to the other remarkable display of martial skills learned.

Hence the need for prior assessment by the teacher or monitor people in their care.

  • A teacher or monitor should be responsible for their actions, of what is taught and who teaches it.
  • The teacher or monitor has an obligation and duty to choose their pupils.
  • If anyone needs to learn martial arts, is one who knows control their aggression. However, this requires a teacher or monitor that sits and is truly qualified. If you do not feel able to redirect the aggressive behavior of a disciple, is best left to teach martial arts. If, however, one is convinced that it can be harnessed, go ahead and teach. Any martial art is a useful tool to help transform and change the behavior: to release inner tensions and to learn to control aggression.

I know that today is almost a utopia even raise this issue.
  • That people will so far: to give their classes and then every man for himself.
  • given tai chi to pull out a bonus.
  • That no master or monitor in their right mind would prevent a client comes to their classes while passing a box every month.
  • fact, that no teacher or monitor has the power or ability to deny care to anyone, because that power rests with the owner of the gym.
  • And, if the teacher or monitor refuses to teach him, you probably have to deal with the owner of the gym and then resign to continue taking classes at the gym and therefore extra monthly income.

This is what you get. This is the decision to be made by the monitor or teacher: Being faithful to one's principles or commune with millstones.

Lincoln Ls Speaker Instructions

Moments.

When creating choreography various tai chi, and by that I mean improvised forms of movement, inspired me in many different circumstances:

  • From watching a video on tai chi or fragments of films slow-paced music (from adaggios a new age style music with artists such as Enya).
  • enjoy very much watching everything around me, from the slow movement of certain animals such as turtles or ant branch swaying in the wind.
  • The same trees, lush and still inspire me a lot. There are, as always, holding the sun, rain and wind, immutable and without turning minor. Sometimes trying to feel them hug. Call me "weird" if you want, I love hugging trees.
  • I get carried away too by the sound of flowing water streams, wind and sound of the leaves of the trees and the tinkling of rain falling on the floor.
  • inspires me a lot of dance, whether classical or contemporary, even the good flamenco.
  • Then, there are also certain places which in themselves are a real challenge to let go practicing tai chi. They are magical, have the power to make me dance without music. The latter understood.
  • Dreams and some memories of the past also inspire me. Create moods very appropriate and conducive to the practice of tai chi.
  • Finally, some reading and thinking about it puts the finishing touch to my daily practice, being able to jump the spark and suddenly understand and realize something: a new idea, that changes and transforms the way I move.

In short, when one is open, receptive, find a thousand and one ways to be inspired. And to you fellow-a, What inspires you when practicing tai chi?

How Do I Get My Immunization Records In Ontario

Attention in the Tai Chi Chuan.

The tai chi is characterized by performing slow, harmonious and delicate with an automated execution and repeatedly induce states of consciousness in the practitioner as the absorption or relaxation.

addition to a soft gym type or method of relaxation in movement, tai chi is a martial art. As such, the attitude of absorption or isolation of what is happening around us is, in my opinion, wrong attitude, even dangerous under what circumstances. Faced with a difficult or adverse situation (for example, against a hypothetical enemy) you have to be very attentive, instead of being sleepy or withdrawn.

be awake, alert to everything around us, this is the right attitude in combat situations. Learn to feel our immediate environment should be the objective or goal. Check what is happening around us, developing our ability to perceive in the situation.

Therefore, by practicing tai chi for long enough it creates a struggle: the struggle between being carried away by the drowsiness or stay awake. Personally, I find it much easier to turn inward to remain alert. The alert status is not easy to achieve, requires training and staging, have a clear goal and persevere. How do I get it?

I present a method that I use. You might also help you get there. My method consists of two phases or stages in the medium term (ie training involved several months, about a year to achieve an acceptable level of care): 1 .-
  • Analytic phase: where to focus attention on a Voluntary on stimuli perceived by one sense (or sight or hearing or touch). Thus, prior to the meeting, I establish what I will focus all my attention, for example: on the sounds that come from outside me.

  • = Analytic phase I focus on ... A or B or C or D. ..

  • 2 .- Phase Integrative : Where gradually try to learn to be attentive to each of the stimuli perceived through the senses (vision, hearing and touch, mainly). The practitioner of tai chi becomes a kind of processor that seeks to integrate, combine and synthesize all the stimuli perceived via different sensory organs.

  • Phase
    inclusive = I focus on ... A and B and C and D. ..

Here are some guidelines suggest that you work during your sessions of tai chi:
  • auditory sensations.
    • Focus on auditory stimuli from the outside. Find
    • its source of various auditory stimuli.
    • discern the approximate distance about their own location based on the perceived loudness of sounds.
  • visual sensations. Increase
    • visual field (peripheral vision) ABAC trying to look as much space as possible around us.
    • estimated the distance of objects in the environment about one's location.
    • detect stationary or moving objects.
    • discern between objects or areas of risk or danger of harmless or beneficial. Develop
    • attention to detail: size, color, weight, construction material ...
    • Learn to turn your gaze systematically the most significant aspects for personal safety. Remember
    • details of objects previously seen. Touch
  • .
    • Pay attention to the sensations plantar (foot).
    • Pay attention to sensations perceived through his hands.
    • Feel the sensations of wind, rain or shine on the skin.

In short, when faced with adverse situations, danger, we must be alert and perceive the space around us those elements (people, objects, areas) more significant to leave it in the best possible. Being alert is a trainable ability, ie the continuous and systematic practice to develop. In this article I have offered a series of lines of action that can be perform well while practicing tai chi.

A big hug to all-as and "we follow the track."

Milena Velba Forced In The Bus

The Practice of Tai Chi in the West and East: Differences.

(Tai Chi Chuan is a path of comprehensive development of man) .

Tai chi chuan is widespread today throughout the world. In this article I defend the following idea: The practice of tai chi chuan in the East and West is different.

Concern for the health and quality of life are directly related to the level of development of a society. A higher standard of living in society, the greater concern for the care of the body, and vice versa. The increased availability of free time and greater purchasing power have made flower-growing industry and body care. By contrast, in poor or underdeveloped societies with little economic power, interest in the care of the body is reduced to meet the vital needs, for example, obtaining their daily bread.

But there is an issue that really catches my attention. Bodily practices are also being developed in large depressed areas and poor. For example: India, the birthplace of yoga. How is it possible, then, that having low income and as fundamental concern for survival has, however, created and led these "methods gymnastics? The same could be said of China and tai chi chuan. Apparently, it is a contradiction, is not it?

This paradox has a simple explanation. While in the West practice tai chi or yoga to maintain physical and / or psychological, in the East is also for the development of a different dimension: the spiritual.

While Western practice of tai chi is a gymnastic method for contact with oneself, in the East, is a way of connecting with something bigger and transcendental (almost a religion).

While in the West the practice of tai chi is a method gymnastic body care and health in the East, is a way to overcome physical limitations.

Finally, I opted for one side or the other of the scale. Practicing tai chi to stay healthy I think every bit as valid as a way to practice or spiritual path. Both paths are taken in isolation reductionism. We should not reduce the practice of tai chi to the development of one dimension (physical-mental) or another (transcendental and spiritual). The tai chi, like yoga, are developing comprehensive human. Receive

a big hug and remember: "We follow the track."

Girdle To Hold Tummy In

El Rinconcito of Tai Chi: Photography.

I love this picture. The file was saved in my tai chi in a while and now I offer. It is not mine, I found surfing the internet do not know where (I knew it, cite the source). But this picture has something that I really love the look a little decadent, this corner or poor, simple people practicing tai chi and taking time beyond their daily duties (which I imagine will be many), the dog lying on the floor next to the house ajeno a cuanto pasa,... no sé tiene su encanto, ¿no crees?

Un fuerte abrazo a todos-as y recordad: "nos seguimos la pista".

How Bad Is Osteopenia

Martial Art Beyond the acrobatics.

Sure, shows like this have made us who live a few thousand kilometers of the East we have only scratched the surface of martial arts. When we reduce a martial art, whatever it is, a "fighting art", we lose a very important and interesting, "the martial art as a path or way of knowledge, wisdom and transcendence."

A man or a woman who only develop physical and motor skills (speed, strength, endurance, flexibility ...) is an athlete. A human being incomplete. Man is more than a body.

A man who only engaged in cultivating their spirit is a monk. It is also incomplete. Man is more than a soul or spirit.

Man to be complete, to realize their full potential need to cultivate all the dimensions that constitutes it:
  • physics.
  • psychics. The emotional
  • The spiritual.

A martial art is a road or pathway for the full development of human beings. This is important.

Basketball Concrete Cost

passion for Tai Chi. Repetition as

"Article dedicated to Joshua Molina Ávila (Costa Rica),
loyal reader of this blog and tai chi enthusiast. Joshua
Thanks for sharing with us all these images "
.

(Ma Bu position by Joshua Molina Ávila) .

Passion, interest, desire, motivation and enthusiasm. .. call it "X". But without it, sooner or later, abandon the practice of tai chi. So tell me, is not worth having this and care as care for a seedling in a container, to grow and give fruit? What moves you to practice tai chi?, What motivates you?, Why do you practice tai chi? What are the reasons that led you to learn? Think about it ...

Sometimes I'm spellbound, rapt, watching the new students, beginners, and I wonder what will have been practicing tai chi? Some reflected in his manner, as to act and to move a special interest, are eager to learn. I remind myself in my principles. That is when I discover, somewhat surprised, that this enthusiasm to learn more of the past has changed. With years of practice my motivation has changed. AAAAHHH! interesting motivation can change .... Curious, no?.

(Courtesy of Joshua Avila Molina) .

Yes, over the years I learned some things. I started practicing tai chi to learn how to defend myself. So we pay much attention to the whole issue of self-defense techniques. Furthermore, she wanted to be strong and to this end, the muscles trained with all kinds of strengthening exercises, abdominals, lower back, push-ups ... etc. Besides going to the gym, trained on my own out of hours in the park behind my house to wear "handle."

Looking back in time, going over my motives, I see that after this first stage came next. The more quiet and restrained. My biggest motivation was, after some injuries in my career as an athlete, trying to maintain health, fitness and stay a little fit. Nothing to do with my previous. I kept practicing tai chi (this time), but focusing more attention on the perfection of the posture and movements. My training became a bit more "internal." In addition to the correct position, I was interested to learn well in coordinating the breath with each movement and the exact implementation the body of the opponent of the various techniques of attack and defense.

Now I see that after this second stage, came third. My interest is especially focused on creativity. I sought to make "my own tai chi" using the experience gained by years of practice. Merges several disciplines: the tai chi (Yang and Chen styles), the kung-fu (Jen You Kuen style) and Aikido (only some concepts.) The result of this mixture of martial arts styles is far from being complex or complicated, the opposite. Always look for (and still do) simplicity. I think it difficult, easy, and it is difficult to precisely make it easy.

(You Deng Jiao position by Joshua Molina Ávila) .

Today, I am in a phase different from above. Now my interest is focused on energy. Seeking always apply The Law of Least Effort to each and every one of the postures and techniques of tai chi that I do without losing one iota of efficiency. In addition, I have expanded the range of tai chi to other areas of my life. I want to transfer what they learned by doing the most development activities that took place in my daily life, from writing or wash the dirty dishes to the explanations I give to my students in class.

Gradually, my tai chi has become more domestic, softer, more comfortable and personalized, but also more efficient. Slowly but surely the practice of tai chi has been transformed into something more than a defense system or method to maintain health, has become a philosophy of life in a way to learn to live with myself and others and learn to cope in this life in a more conscious and satisfying.

Therefore, the motivation, interest and desire of tai chi has been changed and fluctuated over my entire career in the martial arts world. This is my story, but I'm sure you have your own. Stop and think and ask yourself the following: your reasons or motives for practicing tai chi sufientes force do you have to imagine yourself to practicing the old man / to? Good question, eh?

Why Doctar Give Susten 200 Capsule

Approach in Tai Chi.

The teaching method of rote learning, along with trial and error, one of the oldest methods and used even today in various settings and circumstances. Thus, repeated over and over again a sequence of movements is the most used, by far, when we learn tai chi chuan, especially the forms (taolu).

Advantages of repetition.
Initially, repeat help to stay with the sequence of moves to make and go a few sequences refers to the following to finally end all the way to learn. In addition, repeat favors the development of memory helps us to internalize the order, the name of each movement, etc. Finally, repeat allows us to correct motion errors, adjusting and perfecting each one, gradually.

Later, at a later stage, dominated and internalized and each of the movements that make up a form, repetition helps us to disconnect with the body and movements that are running, to vanish and connect with others, call them, " realities. " We thus come to a dimension beyond the here and now, beyond space-time. It is then that the tai chi becomes a method of meditation: "Meditation for the Movement."

Disadvantages of repetition.
The students often complain that they are bored to repeat and repeat. They do not understand why they have to repeat over and over something that already do. They see it as an unfair limitation, a check against the opponents and resist. They create a terrible sense of stagnation and non-progression in their learning level that leads them even to question the teaching methods used by the monitor or master of tai chi.

feel this is normal. This society of ours where we are all involved have created (and still does) in our needs very important in sustaining attention and learning:

  • The need for incentives different, ie, to perform varied tasks that break the monotony.
  • The need for intense stimuli, ie, activities with sufficient force to keep us alert and attentive.
  • And the need for immediate results in the short term, to keep us motivated.

The problem .
Teachers and tai chi instructors are facing a serious problem. Because what is clear is that if the students are bored continuously during tai chi is more than likely you will end up abandoning the practice. And, of course, this is not at all. By contrast, insufficient use of repetition as a method of teaching and learning involves and implies a severe limitation of the above advantages. Then, as monitors or tai chi master, what to do, how to solve this problem?

Alternatives and solutions.
I am aware that in other previous entries posted on this blog suggested and defended parallel and alternative activities such as the variety of tasks and work with creativity to avoid falling into the routine and boredom. Now, however, given the importance of repetition as a method of teaching and learning, we try to find solutions work it did not avoid or look the other way.
  • Understanding the full benefits of repetition. Remember and dwell on them.
  • As important as the goal is the journey made. Focus more on "do it right now" on the road that we still have to go. Raising
  • small challenges, challenges to discover while running or repeat the same movement or subtle sequence differences by focusing on different aspects like:

    • The stability-instability of the position: feet or so apart, orientation tips of toes, degree of knee flexion, greater or lesser opening of the pelvis, trunk pitch ... etc.
    • pleasant-unpleasant sensations. Focus on the sensations arising from the execution sequence of movement or trying to reduce the unpleasant sensations with slight variations: less flex knees, open a little more hip ... etc.
    • transmission power for different body segments. When performing the same movement or sequence try to visualize the flow of internal energy to different parts of the body, learning to locate and concentrate at the right time in the appropriate zone to achieve a more efficient technology.
    • Coordination between breathing (inspiration-expiration) and the movements. Learn when to breathe in and execute the same movement or sequence, see how it affects breathing in drive technology made ... etc.
    • speed run (fast-slow). Practice the same movement or sequence varying speeds to find the motor expression which best fits the defensive technique used. Not all movement must be done slowly. This is false. You have to attend at the right speed depending on the type of technique.
    • His martial application. To successfully execute the same movement or sequence is necessary to understand its martial application as a technique for attack or defense. Otherwise, the movement will be empty or absent of meaning and significance.
    • The ability to act without acting, just drifting with no will or intention to put the motor running, leaving arising spontaneously.

proposals
This list is not closed. Now it's up to you to continue expanding it. It would also be interesting to establish a sequence of events when a focus on other aspects.

Through this article I tried to let you know the importance of the method of repetition in the teaching-learning processes applied to tai chi, its advantages and disadvantages and provide some ideas to try to lessen or diminish the problem of boredom and disgust at having to repeat the same movement or sequence.

Regards and remember: "We seguirmos the track."
